Do we offer delivery and set up?
Yes, we do provide these services for an added fee in order for you to enjoy your day more and not stress the small stuff.
Can we bring our wedding/event planner or coordinator with us to the appointment?
Yes, all are welcome to come. We just ask to call and make an appointment so we can sit down together and put your plan in motion for your needs for your day.
Can you help us plan or coordinate the wedding or event?
Yes, we can help as much as we can and give you helpful ideas and information to make your day the best it will be.
How soon of notice do you need for rental items to be rented out for our event?
If we are available we can do our best to help you out but would like at least 24 hr notice prior to your event to help you as much as possible. Or if there is an emergency need we understand things happen and we can try to accommodate you as needed.
When you deliver our rental items like chairs, tables, and a tent is there an extra fee involved if the location is farther from the parking area?
Yes, there is and that will be determined once we go to the event or venue site and that fee will be added into the quote for you to see.
If we don’t see what we like can you help us find the items for our event?
Yes, I love finding treasures to help make their day special.
What if it rains on our event day and needs to be rescheduled?
We will try to work with you with that rescheduling as much as possible for your event. There will be a fee involved for rescheduling but, we will work with you as much as we can. If we have another event booked on the same day you want rescheduled, we will need to adjust for set up time to get this worked out for you and your event.
