Expert guidance is provided to facilitate a seamless planning process, ensuring all details are meticulously considered to create an exceptional experience.
Delivery
Items are carefully packaged and delivered to your location, allowing you to either decorate yourself or have us handle the setup. The delivery fee also encompasses the pickup of items after your event. If teardown services are not rendered, you are required to repack rented items for return.
Setup
Our team expertly sets up all rented items at the designated site, as outlined in our contractual agreement, and arranges each item according to your specifications. We are also happy to accommodate any last-minute adjustments, but please ensure timely notification to facilitate a smooth setup process. Also, depending on the venue’s timeline for setup and teardown, if more time is needed, please discuss this with the venue to ensure we have enough time for properly setting up your items.
Tear Down
Teardown services are available upon request, and items are returned to our facility, with the delivery fee covering this aspect as well.
All these services will be discussed with you and at your appointment date.
Please inform us if you have your own personal Coordinator or Planner so we can work hand in hand with them throughout the process.
